Your journey with us As an E2E Process Expert you will be collaborating with all internal functions serving our firm and/or client-facing business units in order to strive towards an optimized service delivery model taking an end-to-end perspective. You will: Manage and deliver operational excellence services across all enabling functions; Build comprehensive process knowledge through deep stakeholder engagement and document organisation's business processes in collaboration with process owners; Identify and drive improvements by challenging the status quo and leveraging advanced operational excellence methods (Lean Six Sigma, etc.); Deliver E2E process improvements in close collaboration with IT, AI, and Data experts to standardize, automate, and enhance efficiency; Contribute to organisation-wide projects requiring process redesign and optimization; Ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy of documented processes aiming to standardize and harmonize the documentation of Deloitte’s business processes; Steward and drive the adoption of the E2E framework, procedures, tools, and best practices; Develop next-generation capabilities, including the risks & control, to enhance the firm's E2E Framework; Maintain process mapping tool and be the point of contact to train and advise process owners, project teams, etc. on the framework; Embrace and live the firm’s purpose – to make an impact that matters – by pushing yourself to identify solutions that are most important for supporting our business people and society. Let's talk about you You have a Master degree with a first relevant experience; You have experience in designing process maps (in Visio, in Nintex, or any other solution) from a business perspective, and you also have a certain affinity to discuss on IT and data elements; You have the ability to communicate and explain processes interactions adapted to the audience (e.g. (non)-technical); You are a hands-on person, result-oriented, easily meeting pre-agreed deadlines, quality-driven and you have outstanding analytical skills; You are details oriented, but can also zoom-out to view the full picture; You are a team player, but can also work independently; Green belt Lean six sigma certification is a plus; Professional experience in functional processes (e.g. Finance, IT, HR, Risk Management, etc) is a plus; Professional proficiency in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus; Your reliability, flexibility and respect for others make sure you can build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
