As an Associate Software Engineer in our Oslo innovation team, you'll help build the platform that powers performance partnerships for thousands of brands and publishers globally. You'll work on backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing applications that process partnership and conversion data at scale, alongside more experienced engineers who will help you grow toward independent delivery. This role assumes that you have strong engineering fundamentals from your degree and the ability to learn quickly. You will build familiarity with our cloud services, libraries, and APIs, and take on problems of increasing scope and complexity over time. You will write clean, well-tested code and contribute to the quality of the codebase. You are motivated by solving interesting problems at scale, building solutions that have real impact, and applying new technologies including AI and machine learning to the problems we work on. You communicate effectively, including when you need help.
