Our Early Careers programmes are where we're building JLL's next generation of professionals, and this role sits at the heart of that mission. As AI reshapes what skills matter most, we're creating deliberate pathways that help apprentices and graduates adapt and thrive from the very start—not just react to change as it happens. We see technology as an amplifier for the human-centered work you do. This is a chance to do career-defining Early Careers work, build programme management skills that stay relevant as the workplace evolves, and help JLL's emerging talent moving forward with confidence. You'll bring agility and resilience, comfort moving with change rather than waiting for it to settle. You're AI- and digital-literate, and you've already put AI-enabled tools to work in how you design and deliver learning. You think critically and analytically, and you know how to turn that thinking into a case others can act on. You collaborate naturally, influence without needing formal authority, consult rather than dictate, and you know how to drive change through people, not just process.
