Our top-notch curriculum and low child-to-coach ratio create the perfect learning environment for our participants. With over 20 years of experience, we have established ourselves as the premier youth educational soccer program in the country. You will be a part of a team of dynamic coaches who share a commitment to providing every child with a positive and fun learning experience. As a coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and age-appropriate soccer sessions to children. You will create a fun and inclusive environment where children can develop their soccer skills, improve their fitness, and learn important life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. More importantly, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives through the game of soccer. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and a strong passion for soccer. Coaching certifications and a background in playing soccer are preferred but not required.This is a part-time position that offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible scheduling. Dynamic coaches work with small groups of children to develop skills and teamwork in a fun, non-competitive, educational environment, reaching over 100,000 participants each year.Our best-in-class curriculum uses positive reinforcement and a low child-to-coach ratio to make sure each child feels confident in their own abilities, allowing kids to improve at their own rate. No matter their age, Soccer Stars has specific and progressive lesson plans built to every child’s developmental needs.This crib-to-college player pathway includes a Parent & Me pre-soccer movement program starting at 12 months, the original FUN with FUNdamentals Super Soccer Stars program, and an advanced development and competitive play program with Soccer Stars United, up to U18.
