Required Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Completion of an accredited Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship Minimum of five years of neonatal practice experience following fellowship training Eligible for South Carolina medical licensure Experience performing circumcisions or willingness to obtain training Experience with ventilator management Commitment to family-centered care and participation in daily multidisciplinary rounds Ability to collaborate effectively with speech therapy, lactation, and family support services Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered neonatal care Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Position Highlights: Practice within a well-established MUSC Neonatology program Coverage of a Level II Special Care Nursery/NICU at MUSC Health East Cooper Medical Center Collaborative team environment with access to pediatric subspecialty expertise across MUSC Children's Health Provide telemedicine rounds for three MUSC-affiliated facilities utilizing the Teladoc platform 24-hour in-house APP coverage providing continuous bedside support.
