Are you excited about creating impactful content which helps learners excel? Do you want an opportunity to develop your own skills, and expand your understanding of the future of finance? If so, we want to hear from you!** **The Role:** Our customers have varied learning needs, and training requirements to fulfil. Some have compliance or investigations experience in the fiat world, but are new to crypto. Some vice versa. We understand that one size of training doesn't fit all. We work as a trusted partner, providing solutions to our customer's unique learning needs, whatever the stage of their own crypto journey. This maternity cover role (a **fixed-term contract of circa 12 months**) sits at the heart of our Education team - you'll take full ownership of our education content and Learning Management System (LMS) operations for the duration of the contract, working closely with our Director of Education Product Development. You'll be bringing your experience, perspective, and ideas to the party! Elliptic is building an AI fluent workforce. We invest in the tools, training and time for our teams to use AI well: every Elliptite has access to Claude, and we expect AI to be a normal part of how you work, not an occasional add on. We are not looking for people who use AI the most. We are looking for people who use it best, with curiosity, sound judgment and full ownership of what they ship. Across our Product, Engineering, Design and Intelligence we're going beyond giving everyone the tools. We're setting new standards. Using AI to transform how we build and work every day to deliver on our market opportunity. Put another way our teams iterate alongside agentic systems applying judgement to build world class systems. What that looks like for this role is set out below. This role is an Adoptive AI fluency role. That means AI is a default part of how you build and manage learning content, not an occasional add-on - you review what it produces critically before it ships, and can point to a specific workflow you've changed because of it. **What you’ll do:** You'll be working closely with our Director of Education Product Development, owning the full scope of our education content and LMS operations. While no two days tend to look the same, here's a (non-exhaustive) list, to give you a feel for the range of activities this role may encompass: - End-to-end learning design and build - building a compelling narrative and nailing the 'so what?' for learners and training managers - Building bespoke storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial institution customers - Building e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs - Refreshing, enhancing, and evolving current Elliptic Learn products, ensuring content remains accurate and current - Creating learning materials ranging from engaging 'knowledge delivery' to immersive, scenario-based practical exercises - Developing product-based learning to support and certify users of our blockchain analytics tools - Helping develop role-specific learning journeys across traditional finance, crypto-native, and government segments - Owning the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS) - Enrolling and onboarding both internal and external learners onto the LMS, and troubleshooting issues as they arise - Having direct contact with customers and learners, supporting their overall learning experience - Working with industry-leading subject matter experts to shape content - Collaborating on content-marketing projects - Helping source, test, and deploy new technologies to enhance the learner experience - Confidently using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ElevenLabs, and similar) to optimise content creation, LMS workflows, and day-to-day tasks - Finding new ideas and opportunities to enhance the overall Elliptic Learn proposition **You will be a great fit here if you:** - Have proven experience in end-to-end learning/instructional design, from storyboarding through to build and deployment - Have hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (particularly Rise 360) - Have experience managing an LMS and the associated learner experience (enrolment, troubleshooting, admin) - Have B2B and B2C learning creation experience - Have developed and deployed learning across multiple delivery channels - Enjoy collaborating with a broad range of teams and experts - Are comfortable communicating directly with customers and learners, including a "front of house" capacity when needed - Are confident using design and AI-adjacent tools (e.g. Canva, ElevenLabs, or equivalent) to produce polished learning content - Are comfortable using AI tools to support and speed up day-to-day content and admin tasks - Are comfortable working autonomously within a small team, wearing multiple hats **Our ideal candidate is:** - Focused on the needs of the learner - Curious, creative and detail-oriented - Articulate - a strong communicator, orally and in writing - A bit of a sponge - loves to research, listen, and learn - Keen to share their ideas on 'what's next, and why we should…' - Happy to explore new approaches, and be inventive when solving problems - Not phased by a steep learning curve - Grasps instructions quickly then can move at pace - Able to boil complexity down to make it useful and engaging - Thriving when working as part of a friendly, proactive team - Collaborative at heart, but very happy flying solo too - Comfortable being 'front of house' with customers when necessary (with support) - OK to roll their sleeves up and dive in to whatever needs doing - Accepting that what they planned to do one day, they may end up not doing, because something more important came up **Bonus Points if:** - You’re already familiar with crypto, crypto compliance, and/or blockchain analytics - You’ve worked with global audiences, and recognise the nuances therein - You’ve worked with both private sector and government clients, particularly in creating and deploying financial crime and/or product training - You’re experienced with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, and Canva - You’ve got experience of writing/sourcing/researching/curating content ## **Job Benefits** **> How we work:** - Hybrid working and the option to work from *almost* anywhere for up to 90 days per year - £500 Remote working budget to set up your home office space **> Learning & Development:** - $1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development **> Vacation/ Leave:** - Holidays: 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays - An extra day for your birthday - Enhanced parental leave: we provide eligible employees, regardless of gender or whether they become a parent by birth or adoption, 16 weeks fully-paid leave and leave. **> Benefits:** - Private Health Insurance - we use Bupa! - Full access to Spill Mental Health Support - Life Assurance: we hope you will never need this - but our cover is for 4 times your salary to your beneficiaries - Cycle to Work Scheme *We know Diversity and Inclusion is much deeper than just hiring, but it’s important for us to mention it here.
