This role holder will focus on establishing professional, supportive and developmental relationships with AEIs across the UK, as well as relationships with our QA service provider and wider health and care organisations involved in the education and training of nurses, midwives and nursing associates. **What you'll bring**As the Education Quality Manager, you’ll be able to: - lead a team of officers in the delivery of a country/regionally specific education support and continuous improvement service, that is responsive to the needs of our stakeholders. - Lead on the coordination and oversight of our approval and major modifications process, taking decision making responsibility for the appropriate modification of NMC approved programmes, ensuring programme compliance against the required standards - Ensure that the NMC approved programmes list is maintained in accordance with the Council’s statutory duties. \*\*Please note that this role may involve travel, including occasional overnight stays where required\*\*.
