The main purpose of working within the ILS Entry Team is to promote independence and support learners who have a range of needs of a physical or learning nature. Key to learners’ progression is the improvement of both their literacy and numeracy skills alongside independent living skills. The main purpose of the post is to provide support to students with a range of learning difficulties & disabilities. The post is both challenging and very rewarding. It is an essential requirement for the successful applicant to be able to work as part of a team and communicate in differing forms and at varying levels.
