Electrical Drafter/ Modeler (Onsite)

### **Position Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Electrical Drafter / Modeler** with hands-on experience in **AutoCAD and/or Revit** and a strong background in electrical systems. This role is responsible for producing accurate electrical drawings and 3D models for commercial and/or industrial projects, supporting engineers and project teams throughout the design and construction process. ### Responsibilities: - Create and modify electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and/or Revit - Develop 2D plans and 3D BIM models for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems - Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and redlines to produce construction-ready documents - Coordinate with electrical engineers, project managers, and other trades (mechanical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure clash-free designs - Update drawings based on design changes, RFIs, and field conditions - Assist with panel schedules, load calculations, and circuiting documentation - Maintain drawing standards, file organization, and version control - Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to BIM coordination efforts - Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
