Job description
Summary Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification issued by EMA. Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services. Job Description Troubleshoot and rectify electrical failures to minimise disruptions to building operations. Monitor electrical installations, switchboards, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems. Ensure electrical systems operate safely and efficiently. Support after-office-hours emergency response when required. Provide first-line response to electrical emergencies and power-related incidents. Maintain maintenance records, fault reports, and inspection checklists Manage and supervise contractors performing electrical works. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, risk assessments, and permit-to-work requirements. Requirements: NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience. Experience in fault troubleshooting, electrical installations, and critical building services. Experience in facilities management environment will be an advantage. Valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 certification issued by EMA. Experience in facilities management or integrated facilities management (IFM) environments. Experience managing electrical contractors and service providers. Required to work on rotating shifts to support operational requirements, no overnight shift is required unless ad-hoc requested by Clients.
