Job description
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** to assemble, wire, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Work Schedule Options: **A-Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours)** **B–Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Friday off** **C–Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off** ### Responsibilities: - Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions - Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures - Wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals - Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role) - Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings - Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues - Maintain accurate production and quality documentation - Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times - Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
