They take ownership, move fast, and want to see the direct impact of their work. - **Cross-Functional Impact:** Your campaigns reach millions of customers and directly influence revenue — you will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, CRM, and creative teams daily. - **Skill Building:** Deepen your expertise in AI-driven marketing, advanced segmentation, and modern email/SMS platforms while growing your career on a team that values experimentation. - **Ownership:** Own projects end-to-end — from strategy to send to reporting — and see the results of your work in real time. - **Competitive Benefits:** Paid time off policies, RRSP match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a variety of supplemental benefit options, and employee discounts across our portfolio of brands. ### Interview Process 1. **Recruiter Screen** - A 30-minute conversation with our recruiting team to align on the role, your background, and what you are looking for. 2. **Interview(s)** - Conversation with the hiring manager (Marketing Manager, Email & SMS) and others focused on your campaign management experience, analytical approach, and AI tool proficiency. 3. **Reference Checks** - Conducted in parallel with the final stages where possible. 4. **Offer** - We move quickly for the right candidate. *Interview process is subject to change.
