Location: Flower Hospital Department: Pharmacy Admin Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Clinical Pharmacist I V , you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. REQUIREMENTS Pharm D degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience R egistered P harmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location. 3 year s of inpatient pharmacy experience BLS , ACLS and/or PALS Board Certification within 2 years of hire PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program 4 years of inpatient pharmacy experience ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
