Employee Relations Advisor

Job Title: ER Advisor Reporting To: HR Business PartnerLocation: HeathrowContract: Full Time 40 hours Permanent Work Pattern: Monday to Friday Salary: Salaried ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE To provide pragmatic, commercial and timely advice on all employee relations matters including discipline, grievances, TUPE, absence management, restructuring and all HR Policies. You will also provide support to your line manager, and operational leads, on work across London as and when required.
