Engagement Manager SMB

Job description

## About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to **$200M+ in ARR**, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. - We **lean in:** ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. - We **fight for excellence:** high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. - We **grow together:** as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. **About the role** The way legal work gets done is changing, and Engagement is at the center of that transformation. We're looking for an experienced, strategic Engagement Manager to join our growing team and help a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams fundamentally change the way they work with Legora. This is a role for someone who has managed a high-volume portfolio through a one-to-many model, and who knows that transformation across a large portfolio of clients has to be designed, automated and measured. You will drive adoption, technical health and commercial outcomes of your portfolio end-to-end by leveraging systems and technology while reserving high-touch interactions for the most impactful moments. You will be critical as we continue to build a best-in-class adoption program at Legora, helping clients realize measurable ROI, expand successful use cases and transform the way their teams work. **What You'll Do** You'll own the post-sale motion end-to-end for a large portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams across our EMEA scaled portfolio. Specifically, you will: - Improve the one-to-many adoption playbook: the tech-led onboarding, enablement, and change-management motions and target outcomes for how our scaled customers adopt Legora and transform the way they work. - Execute against that playbook, sequencing automated touchpoints and interventions from initial rollout to firm-wide adoption, and adapting as the client's needs and Legora's capabilities evolve. - Facilitate strategic touchpoints with your highest stakes accounts, while using one-to-many enablement to surface high-impact opportunities and guide the rest of the portfolio toward maximum value from Legora. - Drive sustained value through a programmatic operating cadence: templated success plans, one-to-many enablement, scaled training and digital value reviews. - Manage the health of the portfolio by monitoring adoption and utilization signals in our internal systems to proactively flag and act on risks and growth opportunities. - Own the commercials for the scaled program end-to-end by running renewal and expansion as repeatable motions informed by exquisite portfolio hygiene, forecasting, and data utilization. - Orchestrate engagement across cross-functional teams (Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing, Support) to accelerate client success, maintaining end-to-end portfolio context and coordination. - Translate scaled customer feedback into action by collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to inform roadmap, positioning, and enablement, and to represent the voice of the scaled segment. **What we offer:** You care deeply about customer outcomes and you know that transformation at scale has to be designed, automated and measured. You're proactive, systems-minded and comfortable making tradeoffs about where to intervene and where to let technology do the work. You take pride in being the reason customers adopt, grow and succeed. We're looking for: - A scaled customer success, renewal management, or customer education background, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering programs that serve large customer bases through a one-to-many model. - Experience building repeatable adoption playbooks and educational programs and delivering them at scale across digital channels. - 3+ years for Manager, 5+ years for Senior Manager, in scaled or digital customer success, customer operations, account management, or a related field, ideally with exposure to high-growth B2B AI verticals or Legal Tech. Leveling will depend on specific experience and fit for the segment. - A track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio of clients, without individual coverage of every account. - Ownership of a commercial number: you have carried GRR and NRR for a portfolio and run renewal and expansion yourself as repeatable motions, hitting the thresholds by leveraging data and automation. - Technical fluency and systems thinking: you're comfortable configuring and deploying tooling (CS and CRM platforms, AI agents, LMS, data visualization platforms) to deliver outcomes. - Data fluency and a metrics-driven approach to customer health, forecasting and portfolio strategy at scale. - Exceptional program, project and prioritization skills; you keep many clients and multi-workstream initiatives moving concurrently. - Excellent Arabic and English communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. - High EQ: you know when to listen, when to advise and when to act. - A love of fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it. **What we offer:** - The opportunity to join and grow within Legora’s SMB post-sale engagement team in EMEA. - A role with real ownership of customer outcomes and visibility across product, go-to-market, and support functions. - Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to build systems that shape customer outcomes. - A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where excellence is rewarded, and growth is exponential. - Competitive compensation, meaningful equity participation, and an office designed for focus and high performance. **Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer** At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
