This role bridges brand vision and real-world execution. You will create omnichannel engagement strategies, map customer experience journeys, and shape meaningful touchpoints across a balanced portfolio of promotional and medical accounts (spanning prescription medicine, specialized therapy areas, and consumer health). This is a versatile planning role designed for someone curious, lateral-thinking, and eager to mold their strategic craft within a supportive, high-performing strategy team. ### What You’ll Do - **Omnichannel & Engagement Strategy:** Support the creation of customer engagement strategies across promotional and medical communications, mapping out effective touchpoints for Healthcare Professionals (doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and broader care teams). - **Journey & Experience Mapping:** Analyze HCP behaviors, decision-making drivers, and channel preferences to build end-to-end engagement ecosystems. - **Workshop Facilitation & Client Engagement:** Co-design and facilitate strategic client workshops, strategy development sessions, and interactive planning meetings. - **Insight Synthesis & Critical Thinking:** Mine actionable insights from data, research, and behavioral observations to unlock strategic white space and competitive advantage. - **Cross-Account Support:** Work closely with strategy leaders across a blend of client accounts (approx. 50/50 split across promotional and medical/scientific streams), adapting seamlessly to different therapeutic areas. - **New Business & Pitch Support:** Contribute research, journey mapping, and engagement thinking to integrated 360° pitches and new business initiatives. ### What You’ll Need A- Ideally you'll have experience in agency or consulting, in consumer or life sciences, working on experience planning, engagement or omnichannel strategy, media or behavioural strategy B- Or you'll have worked in life sciences or pharma, or have a relevant healthcare background, and be keen to move into engagement strategy. Neither is mandatory. We're just as interested in curious, lateral thinkers who can show how they'd approach the work. ### ### How We’ll Support You Ogilvy celebrates its people. Fully. Enthusiastically. Unhesitatingly. We’ll empower you with the tools you’ll need to succeed. We’ll give you the autonomy to seek out new paths and better ways of doing things. We’ll support you with colleagues who are experts in their disciplines, drawn from across the Ogilvy network. And we’ll provide opportunities for you to do work of which you’ll be proud, with people you’ll be proud to call your teammates. Our ambition is to attract the very best diverse talent to Ogilvy, and to be the employer of choice in the UK. We are an equal opportunity employer and we’re committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone who wants to work at Ogilvy. For us, diversity, equity and inclusion is integrated into everything that we do. We believe that for creativity to flourish, everything about how we work must have diversity at its core. Your race, colour, ethnic, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, have no bearing on our hiring decisions, but we encourage everyone to feel free to express their true selves in an environment we are consistently striving to make as inclusive as possible. We aim to facilitate an accessible and positive application experience for all candidates.
