The Opportunity The Engineer - Identity Lifecycle Management is an entry-level position designed for individuals starting their career in identity lifecycle management. The role focuses on supporting SailPoint IIQ operations, performing QA testing, and resolving basic support tickets. This is an i ndividual c ontributor role. Working under guidance from senior developers. This is a hybrid remote and office-based role in Sri Lanka, aligning with the local job requirement guidelines. Primary shift: [2:00 PM - 10:00 PM SLST, 3:30 AM – 11:30 AM CDT] with flexibility. Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. Responsibilities: Support & Troubleshooting : Triag ing and resolv ing low-complexity tickets in the team’s queue QA & Testing Support : T esting activities for new integrations, patches, and lifecycle changes Development Support : Assist ing with minor SailPoint IIQ configurations under guidance Documentation & Learning : Document ing processes and actively build IAM knowledge Requirements: A Bachelor’s D egree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience An a dvanced degree or IAM-related certifications 1–2+ years in IT or IAM (internships or coursework acceptable) Exposure to Java, SQL, or scripting languages a plus Must be e ager to learn and grow into IAM development Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Team-oriented and detail-focused Benefits: US dollar-linked compensation Performance-based annual bonus Performance rewards and recognition Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes Entertainment allowance Team engagement allowance Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-laws Overseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environments Hybrid work arrangement Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
