Job Description The Engineering Coordinator supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the Engineering Department. This role works closely with the Maintenance Manager and engineering team to coordinate maintenance activities, maintain documentation, prepare reports, and support communication across departments. The position is ideal for candidates who are interested in developing their career in engineering operations and maintenance coordination within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily maintenance activities and engineering work orders Monitor work progress and follow up on maintenance requests Maintain engineering records, reports, and documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and operational updates Support communication between Engineering and other departments Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance activities Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure proper filing and tracking of departmental documents Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Strong organizational and planning skills Good English communication skills, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn new systems Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking Willing to learn and develop within engineering operations Additional Information What We Offer: Exposure to all engineering operations and strategic decisions Learning and development opportunities towards Engineering leadership Competitive salary and benefit package 100% of salary in probation time Social Insurance from starting date Incident Insurance 24/24 2 day off per week, 14 annual leave, 1 birthday leave Company shuttle bus Uniform & duty meals
