Your leadership will be pivotal in optimizing processes, managing projects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve project goals and objectives. - Develop and implement engineering strategies to enhance production efficiency and quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering activities with business objectives. - Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new products and processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Mentor and develop engineering staff, promoting professional growth and skill enhancement. - Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to meet project deadlines. **Required Profile** We are looking for a candidate with a strong leadership background and technical expertise in the manufacturing industry.
