### **Your Role** As an Engineering Manager in our Tooling & Security department, you are directly responsible for maintaining and improving our internal tooling, cloud governance and security. We believe in Serverless! ### Your Profile - Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or in a similar field. - Proven track record with 5+ years of software engineering experience in larger projects. - 2+ years of experience building and leading a team of software engineers in a fast-pace development environment. - Experience with platform or security engineering practices. Ideally, you have hands-on experience with leading disaster recovery and incident response efforts. (Those are not a daily reality at FINN, but you will be expected to own them if need be.) - Ability to own and drive company-wide technical projects (e.g., migrations, patching, etc.) from the position of a coordinator. - Solid knowledge of TS, Python, or Go, with ability to code and review code without AI if need be. - Deep knowledge of AWS or GCP, and are willing to learn the other quickly. - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. ### Why FINN? - **Remote Work:** You have the flexibility to work either in our Munich office or remotely ±3 hours of the Munich time zone (CET/ CEST) within the EU. - **Shared Success (VSOP Equity Program):** We win together.
