Engineering Manager (KYC/Compliance team)

Job description

We’re looking for an **Engineering Manager** to lead our KYC/Compliance team. You'll be responsible for growing and mentoring the team while also driving technical direction, architecture, and delivery. The platform handles identity/KYB verification, integrations with external verification and screening providers, and automated compliance decisioning across 48+ countries. It’s a **greenfield project**, so you'll have the opportunity to shape the architecture, engineering culture, and technology choices from day one. **Tech stack:** Golang, Kafka, Temporal, MySQL, AWS.
