About our group: The Drive & System Assembly Process Engineering (DSAPE) handles Drive Backend Assembly Process and the whole System Process. Support new product qualifications, providing process readiness to support new product launch and deliver an efficient process with world class quality and sustaining. Manage operation costs and continuous process improvement. Ensures yield, cycle time and quality outcome of the buyoff process meet the target. Yield monitoring. Failure analysis once an excursion occurs. Set the hypothesis, design of experiment to find out root cause, suggest the action and report to Engineer. Basic data query and analysis to provide information for Engineer. Ensure process is sustainable by monitoring KPIV/KPOV and Fast triggering. Work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards Undertake a project aimed at enhancing production process efficiency in a continuous and sustainable manner.
