About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Juicebox, you'll help drive our next stage of growth by partnering with mid-market and enterprise organizations to transform how they hire. You'll own complex sales cycles from discovery through close, working with senior Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to solve high-impact hiring challenges. Our go-to-market motion is highly product-led, generating thousands of inbound leads and more than 200 demo requests every month through our free trial and demo experience. You'll focus on larger, strategic opportunities, closing $50K to $150K+ ACV deals while expanding relationships across our growing customer base of 5,000+ organizations. You'll also work closely with our founders, product, marketing, and engineering teams to influence our go-to-market strategy and help shape the future of the business. You Will… - Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers, from discovery through close. - Partner with senior Talent Acquisition, People, and Recruiting leaders to understand their hiring challenges and deliver strategic solutions. - Convert inbound demo requests into long-term enterprise customers. - Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, RevOps, and engineering to improve our sales motion and customer experience. - Share customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. - Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene while consistently managing a healthy pipeline. - Help shape and refine our enterprise go-to-market strategy as the company continues to scale. You Have… - 5+ years of experience closing SaaS deals in a B2B environment. - Experience closing complex deals with annual contract values (ACVs) between $50K and $300K+. - A track record of consistently exceeding quota (President's Club, Top Performer, Top 10%, MVP, or similar achievements). - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating longer, consultative sales cycles. - Strong discovery, negotiation, and executive communication skills. - A bias toward action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment. - Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, with the ability to work in the office five days per week.
