[What the role is] The successful candidate will lead architecture design and governance across the Learning & Skills portfolio, ensuring scalable, integrated and sustainable digital capabilities that support long-term product evolution and sector-wide interoperability. [What you will be working on] Define architecture vision, principles and target state. Own application, data and integration architecture. Establish common integration and data standards. Govern architecture compliance and design reviews. Provide oversight of vendor solution designs. Align architecture decisions with product roadmap objectives. Manage architecture risks and technical debt. Ensure architecture supports future enhancements and scalability. [What we are looking for] Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, systems integration or related fields. Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise-scale digital systems. Strong understanding of application, data and integration architecture principles. Experience managing architecture governance and working with external vendors. Experience in education technology, enterprise platforms, data ecosystems or related domains will be an advantage.
