Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and target-driven German speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team . In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales, generating revenue across enterprise accounts, managing transactional opportunities under 25k, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas . What You'll Do In this role, you will: Drive Pipeline & Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure by managing cold calling, outbound prospecting, and SQL follow-ups to consistently achieve monthly sales quota targets . Collaborate for Account Growth: Partner closely with Account Executives, SDRs, Sales SMEs, Operations, and field sales teams to execute account strategies, schedule remote Interactive Business Reviews, and re-engage unengaged accounts . Ensure Deal & SLA Alignment: Lead negotiation processes, respond to RFPs, and maintain full activity tracking in Salesforce while ensuring pricing, profitability, and service level agreements (SLAs) align with company and customer expectations . What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in cold calling, pipeline generation, negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales in a target-driven environment . Fluent German language skills Strong Sales Technology Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce, along with social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and virtual selling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) . Advanced Qualifying & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage key decision-makers, uncover client needs, build trust, and assess timelines and budgets to shorten sales cycles .
