Job description
**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Sales Development Representative based in France.** As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth for a rapidly scaling global B2B marketplace. You’ll manage inbound opportunities while proactively identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across the European market. Your primary goal will be to qualify prospects quickly and effectively and convert them into confirmed demonstrations for Account Executives. You’ll operate in a high-velocity sales environment built around disciplined outreach, sharp qualification, and consistent follow-up. Using phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools, you’ll create meaningful conversations at scale while maintaining a high standard of execution. Your prospect insights will help improve messaging, targeting, objection handling, and sales strategies across the wider revenue organization. This is an ideal opportunity for a resilient, ambitious sales professional who thrives on measurable targets, ownership, pace, and continuous improvement. ### Accountabilities: - Respond rapidly to inbound leads within established SLAs and convert qualified prospects into booked and confirmed demonstrations. - Build and execute structured outbound sequences targeting relevant retailers and prospective business customers. - Personalize outreach efficiently across phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other appropriate channels. - Qualify prospects based on buyer profile, purchasing volume, commercial intent, business needs, and expected timeline. - Quickly identify and disqualify low-potential leads so that sales resources remain focused on the strongest opportunities. - Book, confirm, and protect qualified demonstrations, using reminders and pre-demo engagement to minimize no-shows. - Maintain exceptionally accurate CRM records, ensuring every interaction is logged, leads are correctly categorized, and pipeline data remains reliable. - Consistently execute high-volume sales activity while maintaining quality, relevance, and professionalism in every interaction. - Capture and communicate insights from prospect conversations, including recurring objections, effective messaging, customer needs, and high-converting segments. - Work closely with Account Executives to ensure qualified opportunities are handed over effectively and contain the necessary context for the next stage. - Review activity and conversion performance regularly and continuously refine outreach strategies to improve results. ## Requirements: - **1–3 years of experience** in a SaaS, technology, B2B sales, SDR, or BDR role involving a high-volume, transactional sales model. - Experience working with short sales cycles, ambitious activity targets, and measurable weekly or monthly performance goals. - Excellent telephone communication skills and strong written communication, with confidence engaging prospects across multiple channels. - Comfortable completing **60–80+ meaningful prospect interactions per day** while maintaining a high standard of quality. - Strong qualification skills and the ability to quickly assess buyer fit, purchasing potential, intent, and timing. - Highly process-oriented, with a strong appreciation for sales cadences, CRM hygiene, structured follow-up, and accurate pipeline management. - Resilient and coachable, able to respond constructively to rejection and maintain consistent energy throughout the sales cycle. - Proactive, ambitious, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability. - Comfortable working in a rapidly scaling environment where processes, priorities, and targets may evolve. - Analytical and curious, with the ability to turn prospect feedback and performance data into actionable improvements. - **Native or professional proficiency in English** is required. - Previous jewellery, diamond, or gemstone industry experience is not required; commercial drive, discipline, and willingness to learn are more important. - Comfortable working remotely as part of a globally distributed and collaborative sales organization. - Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respectful collaboration. - Candidates should be prepared to submit their application materials in English. ## Benefits: - **Competitive base salary plus commission**, offering performance-based earning potential. - Fully **remote working environment** within European time zones. - Flexible working hours. - Unlimited holiday allowance. - Numerous opportunities for professional development, learning, and career progression. - Opportunity to join a rapidly scaling business during an exciting period of international growth. - Collaborative, low-hierarchy working environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership. - Opportunity to work on intellectually challenging commercial initiatives with measurable business impact. - Exposure to a global B2B marketplace and an industry undergoing significant digital transformation. - High-energy culture focused on empowerment, continuous improvement, execution, and personal growth. - Inclusive and equal-opportunity environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
