Enterprise Sales Development Representative

Job description

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. **Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.** Revivn is the rare combination sellers dream of: the learning and growth potential of a startup with the stability of a proven business. We’ve been profitable since our inception 14 years ago while revolutionizing how enterprise companies dispose of outdated IT equipment. Beyond recycling, we give hardware a second life and make technology accessible to those who need it most. Now, we’re looking for a strategic Enterprise SDR who wants to break into high-stakes enterprise sales, chasing down the most exciting logos in tech and setting the stage for big deals. This is a launchpad into an Account Executive career. ### **Why This Role Is Different** You’ll partner closely with Marketing and an experienced **Enterprise AE**, working to identify, engage, and break into high-value enterprise accounts. Think of this as your apprenticeship for enterprise sales where you’ll learn to prospect with precision, strategy, and purpose, not volume. We’re looking for someone ambitious, competitive, and sharp. Someone who wants to earn it and is ready to put in the work to grow in their sales career. **What You’ll Do** - Build thoughtful, personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person events that earn real conversations - Partner closely with Marketing and the Enterprise AE on account research, org mapping, and entry strategies for target accounts - Join early-stage sales calls with the CEO and Enterprise AE to learn enterprise discovery and start taking ownership of your own meetings over time - Develop a strong understanding of Revivn’s value proposition and tailor it to different stakeholders - Continuously improve your prospecting, messaging, and sales skills through feedback and coaching #### We're looking for - 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B sales; **or** an ambitious recent grad eager to break into enterprise sales - Someone hungry to grow into an Account Executive role within 12–18 months - A strategic thinker who can adapt outreach for complex buying committees — not just blast templates - Highly competitive and resilient — loves the chase and hates to lose - High emotional intelligence and strong business acumen — you know when to push and when to pause #### Why You’ll Love It Here - **Direct path to AE:** This role is designed to graduate into an Account Executive position - **Elite mentorship:** Learn directly from top-performing AEs who know how to win **Impact:** Your work will directly fuel Revivn’s enterprise growth and shape the future of our book of business If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application. We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status. At Revivn, we prioritize transparency about our salary throughout the entire recruitment process. Be prepared to chat about compensation on your initial screen so that we can ensure alignment. If salary expectations and ranges are out of sync, we believe it is kind to respect everyone’s time and may discontinue conversations. But, here at Revivn, we ALSO believe in investing in the lifetime value of each individual we meet and interact with. (We love knowing good humans and supporting them in whatever they do). We know that if it isn’t a good fit at the moment, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t be a good fit in the future as we both continue to grow! We work to remain in contact with prospective candidates if the recruitment process ends early on. For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time. The base salary for an ENT SDR is expected to be $70,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) between **$80,000 and $90,000/year**, including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k).
