Enterprise Sales Lead, AI

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value. Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact. ## **About Mysten Labs** Through Sui and our financial products, we’re building infrastructure and experiences for trading, liquidity, and asset management. Alongside that work, we’re developing the infrastructure and products AI agents need to operate reliably, handle sensitive information, and interact under clear rules. As agents take on more responsibility, they need more than intelligence. They need persistent context, trusted access to information, and clear boundaries around what they can do. Mysten brings together capabilities across storage, memory, privacy, and policy-controlled interactions to help make that future possible. ## **The Role** We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments. This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business. We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market. ## **What You’ll Do** - Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market. - Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries. - Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements. - Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents. - Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings. - Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals. - Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption. - Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential. ## **What You’ll Bring** - 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships. - Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers. - An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries. - Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value. - Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams. - Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request. - A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself. - Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement. ## **Nice to Have** - Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software. - Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing. - Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows. *Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.* *Regarding the recent rash of technology job scams: Be aware that emails from genuine Mysten Labs group recruiters will always come from the @*[**](http://mystenlabs.com) *domain or related subdomains (e.g.,* [*](http://mystenlabs.com/careers)*).
