Enterprise Sales & Partnerships - Retail & New Verticals

Job description

## About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. Wolt is building the delivery of almost everything, and shopping is a key part of that ambition in Israel. Our Shopping business brings leading retailers across categories such as Electronics, Home, Beauty, Fashion, Kids, Pets and more onto the Wolt platform, helping customers find what they need with a convenient delivery experience. We are looking for an **Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager** to lead the acquisition of the largest and most strategic non-grocery retail partners in Israel. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role: building trust with senior decision-makers, understanding complex business needs, and shaping partnerships that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners. You will own the journey from identifying the right strategic partner through closing the deal, and will remain closely involved in the commercial relationship alongside our Account Management team. ## What you’ll be doing As an Enterprise Retail Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Wolt’s Shopping business by bringing Israel’s leading retail brands to the platform. You will lead complex partnership processes from the first conversation through signing and launch, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping commercial solutions that create long-term value for both Wolt and our partners. **Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:** - Own the full acquisition journey for Wolt’s most strategic Shopping retail partners, from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contract signing and launch preparation. - Work closely with internal stakeholders across Account Management, Integrations, Marketing and Legal to build thoughtful, executable partnership solutions and ensure a smooth path from deal to launch. - Identify and engage senior decision-makers across Israel’s leading retail companies, building trusted relationships throughout complex sales cycles. - Develop a deep understanding of each prospective partner’s business, priorities and challenges, and shape a compelling partnership proposition that creates clear value for both sides. - Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing partner needs with Wolt’s strategic and commercial objectives. - Stay closely involved in key commercial discussions and growth opportunities after signing, in partnership with the Account Management team. ## Our humble expectations We’re looking for an experienced commercial professional who can build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, lead complex partnership processes, and take ownership in a fast-growing Shopping business. - 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, business development or a similar commercial role, ideally with large retail, consumer, technology or platform businesses. - Demonstrated experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers. - Strong commercial judgment and the ability to turn a partner’s business needs into a clear, credible and realistic value proposition. - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the maturity to represent Wolt in front of Israel’s leading retailers. - A structured and analytical approach, with the ability to manage long sales cycles, prioritize opportunities and move multiple complex processes forward. - A collaborative working style and experience partnering closely with Account Management or Customer Success teams to ensure continuity after the deal is signed. - Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for partner meetings across Israel. ## What we offer Working at Wolt means joining a fast-paced, high-impact and people-first company. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Wolt Israel’s most significant growth engines in the coming years, helping shape how leading retailers reach customers through Wolt. You’ll work closely with supportive and passionate colleagues, build partnerships with some of Israel’s largest retail brands, and make a meaningful impact on the future of Shopping at Wolt. - A full-time role with autonomy and room to grow - Opportunities to learn and develop across teams and functions - The chance to be part of a company that values culture, kindness, and accountability - Competitive compensation and local benefits ## Next steps If this sounds like your next challenge, hit the apply button and let’s start the conversation! Our hiring process typically includes an initial phone chat, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and team members. We aim to move quickly and make the process as smooth and transparent as possible. ## Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. *Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at [Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash](https://careersatdoordash.com/recruitment-scam-awareness) .*
