# Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) ## Why This Role Matters Every day, millions of consumers engage with businesses in physical locations — from retailers and grocery stores to restaurants, gyms, hospitality venues, convenience stores, and healthcare providers. While digital advertising has transformed online experiences, physical businesses are only beginning to modernize how they engage customers and monetize their in-location media. Rockbot is helping define that future. You’ll partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and Enterprise Sales Directors to identify, prioritize, and engage the enterprise organizations that represent Rockbot’s highest-value opportunities. You like learning about a company before reaching out and can turn that research into relevant, compelling outreach. You communicate confidently, aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, and know that enterprise prospecting often takes persistence and multiple touchpoints. You’re motivated by creating opportunities and enjoy working closely with experienced sales leaders to turn great target accounts into real conversations. ## You Have - Bachelor’s degree required. - 2–5 years of sales development, business development, outbound sales, or related prospecting experience. - Experience generating qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting; enterprise prospecting experience strongly preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong research, organization, and follow-through. - Confidence engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders. - Experience with Salesforce and sales prospecting or engagement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Apollo, or similar platforms. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prospecting priorities simultaneously. - A track record of persistence, curiosity, and comfort working toward measurable pipeline goals. - Experience selling into multi-location businesses or enterprise organizations is a plus. **About Rockbot:** Rockbot is an omnichannel media platform committed to elevating customer and employee experiences while fostering stronger connections in real-world spaces.
