Many past interns have gone on to hold leadership positions on our team or stay in touch with mentors for years after the program ends. What You’ll Do Generate customer leads through direct-to-home contact Participate in team training sessions and 1-on-1 mentorship Learn how to run the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals Schedule qualified appointments for sales opportunities Support clients through the sales process and after installation Work toward company goals and contribute to overall team performance What You’ll Learn The psychology of sales and communication Leadership and entrepreneurship strategies Emotional regulations and mindset for high performance Time management, team dynamics, and business operations How to sell ethically and with confidence in a professional setting Career readiness and goal-setting skills not taught in traditional classrooms What We’re Looking For Entry-Level Candidates: No experience required — just motivation and a willingness to learn Strong Communicators: You know how to build rapport and connect with people Resilient & Motivated: You can handle rejection and stay driven Adaptable: Thrives in fast-paced, team-centered environments High Integrity: You uphold strong ethics and professionalism Ready to work: Open to walking, working outdoors, and interacting with people in person Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to pass a background check Willing to travel to Raleigh, NC for the summer Compensation Most first-time reps earn $2,000 - $3,000/month. Top performers consistently hit $4,000 - $6,000/month or more.
