We are hiring Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base by introducing homeowners to convenient, dependable trash service options . This is a field-based, performance-driven role ideal for individuals who are motivated by uncapped income, independence, and daily results . What You’ll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily Speak with homeowners and introduce waste bin cleaning services Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions) Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals What We’re Looking For Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to work independently and stay consistent Positive attitude and resilience in a high-rejection environment Sales or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required for motivated candidates.
