Every day, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of residents and their families while working in a supportive and engaging environment. ## What You'll Do As an Environmental Services Aide, you'll help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our community by: - Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, offices, and public spaces - Creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members - Following infection prevention and safety protocols - Ensuring housekeeping supplies and equipment are properly maintained - Responding to resident requests with professionalism and care - Working collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding resident experience ## What We're Looking For - Prior housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience is preferred - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude - Dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate - Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift - Ability to read and speak English ## Compensation & Benefits **Competitive hourly pay:** $18.75 - $21.25/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
