Help us save lives and make a difference. **What You'll Do:** This position performs highly skilled housekeeping, maintenance and handyman tasks to care for and maintain the facility and grounds. The **Environmental Services & Facilities Technician** uses their knowledge of housekeeping processes, power and manual cleaning tools needed to perform tasks in categories such as general janitorial, cleaning, bio-hazard cleanups and minor facilities repairs to ensure the buildings are in pristine condition. - **Facility Maintenance & Operations** - Perform routine, rotational maintenance to ensure equipment and facility operations run smoothly - Troubleshoot any cleaning equipment issues including electrical, mechanical, and process issues independently; identifying and resolving root causes - Provide occasional assistance in facility maintenance tasks as needed - **Work Order & Vendor Coordination** - Respond to repair and maintenance tickets submitted by internal departments in a timely manner - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for outsourced repairs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution - Oversee floor care vendor performance - **Inventory & Supply Management** - Order housekeeping and EVS supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report on supply status - Receive, organize, and distribute supplies throughout the facility - **Compliance & Environment of Care** - Report Environment of Care concerns through the ticketing system to support Safety Committee documentation and compliance - Ensure adherence to facility standards related to safety, maintenance, and operational readiness - **Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep** - Maintain overall facility cleanliness, including floor care, general cleaning, restroom upkeep, and window cleaning - Restock supplies and perform additional cleaning duties as needed to support a safe and functional environment What You'll Bring: - High School Diploma or Equivalent - 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning - Working knowledge of: Cleaning best practices and floor care - **The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
