As part of the Success Advisory team, you’ll work closely with our strategic clients to help them optimize their Pigment experience. A product champion with both strong technical abilities and client-facing acumen, you’ll deliver exceptional service to demonstrate the full value of the Pigment platform. ### Additional Responsibilities: - Act as trusted advisor to our most strategic clients on technical topics, from performance best practices to Pigment's multidimensionality concepts - Partner with Customer Success to build strategies aligned to each client's roadmap and challenges - Run workspace audits and help industrialize them with AI-assisted tooling so we deliver deeper insight, faster - Build and enrich our Success Plan offering, including repeatable, AI-augmented delivery modules that raise the bar on quality - Collaborate with Product & R&D to surface opportunities for platform enhancement ### Minimum Qualifications: - Several years (typically 6+, or equivalent depth) in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Architecture, consulting, or analytics advisory - Ease and credibility with clients, from platform admins to C-suite - A builder's curiosity about AI — you've used AI tools to work smarter and want to push how far that goes in an advisory context - Track record leading several parallel projects across internal and external stakeholders ### Preferred Qualifications: - EPM modeling experience (or a strong appetite to go deep on it fast) - Experience with AI tools/vibe coding, claude code, MCP, solution design, data architecture - Familiarity with finance processes or adjacent use cases (supply chain, SPM, Workforce) - Comfort with data analysis, data flows and connections (SQL, APIs) ### What We Offer: - Competitive package - Stock options to ensure you have a stake in Pigment's growth - The best health insurance with Alan Blue entirely free for you and your family - Weekly Lunch and Lunch vouchers (Swile card) to cover your lunch breaks with total flexibility - Subscription to Egym Wellpass (ex-Gymlib) for full access to gyms, studios, and wellness spaces across France - Along with one company offsite every year, we have brand new offices at the heart of major cities including New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Paris, and London - High-end equipment (based on stock/availability) to do your work in the best conditions ### How We Work: - Thrive Together: We can only win as a team.
