Job Description: Execute investment orders across multiple global asset classes and business lines, covering both exchange-traded and OTC products; manage the trading and real-time monitoring of offshore automated trading strategies, making timely adjustments to ensure investment and trading objectives are achieved. Participate deeply in the planning, development and enhancement of the firm's proprietary offshore trading and monitoring platforms; conduct system testing and launch validation, and continuously drive the platforms toward greater automation and intelligence. Support offshore trading operations, including the rollout of innovative trading models and business initiatives; assist with trade booking and related data statistics and analysis. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external counterparties to confirm order details and execution plans, ensuring the smooth execution of complex orders. Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering, Statistics or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in trading execution or trading management in overseas financial markets; familiar with the trading rules and clearing & settlement processes of major global financial markets. Candidates with composite hands-on experience across exchange-traded and OTC derivatives, fundamental trading and quantitative strategies are preferred. Familiar with automated trading pipelines, with the ability to use programming languages such as Python for data processing; experience in requirements analysis, testing and launch of proprietary trading systems is preferred. Strong compliance and risk-control awareness and a high sense of responsibility; able to remain composed and make accurate judgments under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and coordination skills, business proficiency in both Chinese and English, and strong complex problem-solving ability; detail-oriented with strong learning agility.
