Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation: Finance Procurement Human Resources (HR) Maintenance 2. Infrastructure Carve-Out: Transitioning infrastructure ownership from an existing managed service provider to in-house operations Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders Support basic change management activities when requiredRequirementsExperience: Prior experience working on 3–4 large-scale ERP programs At least 2 Oracle Fusion implementation projects Experience in Oil & Gas or asset-intensive industries is preferred Strong background in program governance and delivery oversight Exposure to infrastructure transition or carve-out projects is a plus Skills: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Solid understanding of ERP program lifecycle and governance Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
