＊Position Summary 企業のサステナビリティ情報開示やESG関連業務の支援を担当いただきます。クライアントの情報開示対応、調査・分析、資料作成等を通じて、企業のサステナビリティ推進をサポートしていただきます。 ＊Key Responsibilities ・サステナビリティ開示業務（有価証券報告書、統合報告書、サステナビリティレポート等）の支援 ・CSRD、ISSB、TCFD等の開示フレームワークに関する調査・分析 ・ESG関連データの収集・整理・分析 ・クライアント向け資料や提案書の作成支援 ・プロジェクトマネージャー・シニアコンサルタントの業務サポート ・その他、企業のサステナビリティ推進に関するコンサルティング業務支援 ＊Requirements Must Have ・大卒以上 ・1～３年程度の実務経験 ・ビジネスレベルの英語力 以下いずれかの経験 ・サステナビリティ／ESG関連開示業務 ・統合報告書、有価証券報告書等の作成・支援 ・IR、CSR、サステナビリティ推進業務 ・日本語での高度なコミュニケーション能力 Preferred ・CSCC領域に関する業務経験 気候変動/カーボンマネジメント/脱炭素戦略/Scope1・2・3算定 TCFD対応 ・コンサルティングファームでの業務経験 ＊Ideal Candidate ・サステナビリティ分野への強い関心をお持ちの方 ・自ら学びながら業務を推進できる方 ・データ分析や文書作成を丁寧に行える方 ・チームワークを重視できる方 Why This Role Matters Sustainability is rapidly becoming a core business priority, driven by evolving regulations, increasing stakeholder expectations, and the growing need for transparency in corporate reporting. Position Summary As an STC Consultant, you will support corporate sustainability disclosure and ESG-related initiatives. Through disclosure support, research and analysis, ESG data management, and client deliverables, you will help organizations advance their sustainability agendas and meet evolving reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Support sustainability disclosure activities, including annual securities reports, integrated reports, and sustainability reports Conduct research and analysis on sustainability disclosure frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, TCFD, and other emerging standards Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related data Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, proposals, and sustainability-related deliverables Support Project Managers and Senior Consultants in the delivery of sustainability and ESG engagements Contribute to broader sustainability consulting projects, including disclosure, strategy, and performance improvement initiatives Requirements Must Have Bachelor's degree or above 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience Business-level English proficiency Advanced communication skills in Japanese Experience in one or more of the following areas: Sustainability or ESG disclosure and reporting Preparation of integrated reports, annual securities reports, sustainability reports, or related disclosures Investor Relations (IR), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), or corporate sustainability functions Preferred Experience in Climate Change and Corporate Sustainability Consulting (CCSC), including: Climate change and carbon management Decarbonization strategies Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas accounting TCFD-related advisory projects Previous experience in a consulting firm Familiarity with global sustainability reporting standards and regulations Ideal Candidate Passionate about sustainability, ESG, and corporate responsibility Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally Strong analytical, research, and document preparation skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Interested in helping organizations create meaningful business and sustainability impact through disclosure and transparency initiatives APAC Ready to Lead the Way At ERM, your work creates impact that matters, helping global organizations tackle the most pressing sustainability challenges while shaping a better future for communities and the environment.
