Estate Manager

Management and supervision of the entire property. Coordinate and manage all activity of contractors, suppliers and artisans to ensure they adhere to all site requirements. Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire property to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required. Ensure daily management of estate infrastructure, and respond to tenants concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring tenants are satisfied. Coordinate and improve security processes and activities at all the flats. A Bachelor degree in Facilities Managements, Estate Management or any other related field, an is an added advantage. Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry. Excellent communication skills. The following services are also required.
