Estate Manager

Management and Supervision of the entire property. Coordinate and manage all activities of contractors, suppliers and artisans to ensure they adhere to all site requirements. Overall responsibility for the upkeep of entire property to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required. Ensure daily management of Estate infrastructure, and respond to tenants concerns and grievances in a timely manner, thus ensuring tenants are satisfied. Coordinate and improve security processes and activities at all the flats. Job Requirements. A Bachelor degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management or any other related field, and is an added advantage. Minimum of 7 years experience in similar industry. Excellent communication skills. The service of an Estate Manager is urgently required to manage 12 Nos high End serviced glats in Abuja.
