You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking the lead. You understand how to turn information (even when it’s incomplete) into a clear plan of action and can communicate that effectively with both internal teams and clients. **Here’s what will help you succeed:** - 3–5+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction for commercial construction - Strong ability to read and interpret design documents and specifications - Experience working directly with clients and presenting estimates - Ability to juggle multiple estimates in different stages - Familiarity with tools like MS Project, On-Screen Takeoff, and estimating software - Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving - A mindset focused on solutions, accuracy, and continuous improvement **Let’s Build Something Great Together** If you’re an experienced estimator looking for your next challenge — and you want to work in an environment where your voice matters — we’d love to talk.
