**Salary:**$50k-60k **Shift:** **Equipment:** ### Job Description # Estimator / Production Planner / Customer Service We are seeking an experienced **Estimator / Production Planner / Customer Service professional** to join their team. This position plays an important role in supporting estimating, job planning, production coordination, purchasing, and customer needs throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments in a fast-paced print and finishing environment. ## Key Responsibilities - Prepare estimates and respond to customer Requests for Quotes (RFQs) - Assist with job planning and production planning - Review job specifications and help determine production requirements - Create and issue purchase orders to outside vendors - Coordinate with vendors regarding materials and outside services - Maintain and monitor paper inventory - Create CAD samples for customers as needed - Communicate with customers and internal production teams regarding job requirements - Help ensure jobs are planned accurately and efficiently for production - Maintain organized records and documentation - Work closely with estimating, production, purchasing, and customer service teams ## Qualifications - Previous experience in printing, finishing, estimating, production planning, or customer service preferred - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities - Ability to work independently while also contributing within a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and production personnel ## Ideal Background Candidates with experience in **commercial printing, bindery/finishing, print estimating, production planning, purchasing, or customer service within the printing industry** are encouraged to apply.
