The EUDR & Integrated Management Systems Officer supports Kafea Terra’s operational compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), with primary focus on coffee.In parallel, the role supports the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management Systems, in accordance with the applicable standards and certification schemes, including:IFSISO 22000ISO 14001Rainforest AllianceKosherOrganic/BIO certificationDuties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out the Due Diligence Statement (DDS) process for relevant in-scope products and transactions.Collect, review, validate and manage supplier and geolocation data, including performing the required checks through the company’s EUDR due diligence platform, to confirm that sourced products meet the applicable deforestation-free and legal production requirements.Ensure that the relevant DDS reference numbers are provided and correctly recorded in the company’s ERP and other applicable systems and verify the traceability of green coffee through to finished products against the corresponding Due Diligence Statements.Monitor regulatory developments related to the EUDR and support the adaptation of internal procedures to evolving requirements.Coordinate the necessary EUDR-related actions between the departments involved in procurement, supply chain, production, information systems and commercial operations.Support employee training and awareness activities concerning EUDR obligations, due diligence processes and the use of relevant systems.Monitor compliance with applicable standards, certification requirements, legislation and internal procedures.Participate in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits.Support the management of non-conformities and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Prepare, review and update policies, procedures, records and other management system documentation.Work closely with relevant departments, including Production, Logistics, Warehouse Operations and Technical Services, to ensure the effective application of management system requirements.Assist the Integrated Management Systems Coordinator in the implementation and maintenance of the company’s management systems and certifications.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Food Science, Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in management systems, certifications, regulatory compliance, quality assurance or supply-chain traceability.Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.Excellent command of Microsoft Excel for data processing, validation, and reporting (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, and data visualization).Knowledge of management system standards and their implementation.Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP, as well as with traceability, data management and documentation processes.Good understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.Problem-solving mindset and capability to work independently under evolving regulatory conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out the Due Diligence Statement (DDS) process for relevant in-scope products and transactions.
