Oversee reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining flow. Monitor and manage inventory levels related to service operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service. Prepare reports on dining service performance and financial metrics. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or in a similar role, preferably in trendy Western or European dining establishments. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, with a strong understanding of wine pairings. Outstanding leadership and team-building skills. Exceptional customer service orientation with a vibrant personality. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations. Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Hospitality or restaurant management degree is a plus.
