We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events professional who will assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination of banquet functions with Food & Beverage, Rooms, and other departments. The successful candidate will actively participate in Events meetings and daily sales briefings while supporting the delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with Peninsula standards. Key Accountabilities Coordinate the planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences. Prepare and maintain forecast, booking pace, and business block reports to support sales and event planning activities. Manage and update guest profiles, event details, and account information in Opera Sales & Events. Monitor group room block inventory and assist with pre-event planning and post-event evaluations to maximize future business opportunities. Provide administrative support to the Events Office, including daily operations, reporting, and departmental coordination. General Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in Events, Banquet Sales, or a similar hospitality role. Knowledge of event planning, execution, and Opera Sales & Events systems. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
