We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics. For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in-person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies. ### **About the Role** We are seeking a high-energy, exceptionally organized **Events Marketing Manager** to take end-to-end ownership of Third Bridge’s global event programs. Given the global scope of this role, flexibility for non-standard working hours across time zones will be required at times. In this role, you will design, produce, and execute a dynamic calendar of client and prospect events, including exclusive networking dinners, sponsorships of flagship industry summits, bespoke roundtables, webinars, and partner activations. You will act as the operational engine behind our physical and virtual event strategy, bringing creative concepts to life while ensuring flawless execution across our key international markets. This is a hands-on position requiring a naturally resourceful event professional with strong project management capabilities, robust budget management expertise, a sharp commercial mindset, and a proven track record in stakeholder management. Working across global business units, you will collaborate with senior executives, commercial leaders, and external partners to represent the Third Bridge brand at the highest level, while maintaining meticulous tracking to measure and communicate event impact. ### **What you’ll do** #### **1. End-to-end event execution** - Plan, manage, and execute the full lifecycle of Third Bridge’s event strategy across key markets (UK, Europe, APAC, US), spanning owned events, sponsored industry conferences, virtual webinars, and hybrid experiences. - Take full ownership of physical, hybrid, and digital event production, including on-site operations, virtual platform management, run-of-show logistics, venue sourcing, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless attendee experiences. - Develop detailed event production schedules, workback timelines, and operational checklists to maintain absolute rigor across concurrent projects. #### **2. Stakeholder & Relationship management** - Act as a trusted partner to internal leadership, commercial teams, and senior executives, aligning event concepts with business development and client retention goals. - Manage high-touch external relationships, including industry partners, venue teams, production agencies, and suppliers. - Brief internal executive speakers and host prep sessions prior to live engagements e.g. for panel discussions, webinars. #### **3. Budget & resource ownership** - Manage global event budgets with strict financial discipline, negotiating contracts, tracking purchase orders, and optimizing spend across regions. - Oversee agency and vendor procurement, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and global service-level agreements. #### **4. Campaigns, tracking performance & ROI** - Partner with the wider Marketing team to build pre- and post-event communication workflows (invitations, landing pages, forms, attendee follow-up, and feedback loops). - Drive robust data tracking: Own end-to-end event analytics—monitoring registration conversion, attendance rates, engagement, and sales pipeline attribution (sourced and influenced revenue). - Build and maintain global event reporting dashboards to present post-event analysis, ROI assessments, and actionable recommendations directly to senior marketing and business leadership. ### **About you** - **Proven experience:** You bring 5+ years of hands-on event planning and production experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, tech, or high-touch B2B environments. - **Proactive & Resourceful:** You have a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset. You stay composed under pressure, think fast on your feet, and naturally find solutions when unexpected challenges arise. - **Masterful communicator:** You possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural knack for managing diverse internal and external stakeholders, from external vendors to C-suite executives. - **Data-driven & Commercial mindset:** You understand that events are business-critical growth drivers. You are fluent in event metrics, lead tracking, CRM/marketing automation tools, and demonstrating tangible ROI to business leaders. - **Relentlessly organized:** You have exceptional project management skills and an eagle eye for detail. You live for detailed timelines, run-of-show schedules, accurate attendee tracking, and clear action items. - **Flexibility & Global mindset:** Comfortable working in a matrixed global environment; given the global reach of this role, flexible and non-standard working hours will be required to coordinate across time zones, conduct meetings, and manage live event executions. **Why work for us?** - **Competitive Compensation:** Enjoy a competitive salary reflective of your skills and experience. - **Time Off:** Benefit from 18 days of paid time off (PTO), 8 fixed holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 8 casual leaves. PTO increases with tenure. - **Learning & Development:** Receive a personal development reimbursement yearly for customised learning programs. Additionally, a dedicated budget supports studies and job-related qualifications. - **Health & Well-being:**Access private medical insurance, maternity benefits, and engage in various events promoting mental health. - **Life Cover:** Automatically enrolled in Life Insurance cover from your date of hire, providing coverage 4x the annual CTC. - **Flexibility:** Flexible work options, such as Work from Anywhere program, hybrid work options, and flex days, offered at the company’s discretion and subject to annual review. - **Snacks & Refreshments:** Stay energised with daily snacks, tea, and coffee provided. - **CSR Days:** Contribute to social responsibility with 2 CSR days annually – take time off to volunteer. - **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Third Bridge is proud to foster diversity and inclusion.
