The role NH AIFM P/S is a Danish authorised Alternative Investment Fund Manager owned by Novo Holdings A/S, managing co-investment vehicles for institutional investors within the Life Science sector. We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Executive Assistant to support the Head of NH AIFM and the COO while playing a central role in the day-to-day administrative operations of the organisation. You will combine executive support with responsibilities across administrative tasks, stakeholder- and co-investor relations, marketing approvals, governance, reporting and operational coordination. Working in a lean organisation, you will be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities and have significant exposure to senior stakeholders, co-investors and the Board of Directors. Your responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Management Team Coordinate co-investor relations activities, maintain databases and prepare presentations and updates Support development of marketing materials, website content and external communication Coordinate quarterly co-investor reporting and support fund operational processes Assist in preparing Board meetings, coordinate agendas and upload materials to Board platforms Support monitoring of delegated service providers and organise governance documentation Maintain investment process documentation, templates, checklists and internal guidelines Structure and maintain corporate and fund-related documentation Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders Support execution of strategic initiatives, KPI follow-up and management reporting Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through engagement initiatives and team activities. Your profile Relevant higher education within Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communication, or similar Experience in Executive support, stakeholder relations or financial services environment Understanding of investment management and financial sector operations Experience with Microsoft Office, digital collaboration tools and preferably CRM/investor platforms Knowledge of AIFM structures and regulatory frameworks is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish Highly structured, proactive, self-driven and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Service-oriented with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across stakeholders Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment Curious, ambitious and solution-oriented with excellent organisational skills Workplace The role is based in Copenhagen, Hellerup where we expect you to work onsite with a normal work-life balance.
