This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes. ## Role Overview We are hiring a highly experienced Executive Assistant based in Manila to support the CEO of RZR on a night shift schedule, covering US (PST) business hours as part of a 24/7 EA coverage model. You will partner closely with the day shift Executive Assistant and report to the EA Lead to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity across time zones. This is a true business partner role, not just admin support. It requires strong judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to anticipate needs and move fast in a global, high-stakes environment. The right person for this role is someone who takes ownership naturally, communicates with precision, and operates with a level of discretion and professionalism that reflects directly on the CEO. ## Key Responsibilities ### Executive Support - Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar across US, APAC, and EMEA time zones, resolving conflicts proactively - Handle high-volume inbox management, including drafting and responding on behalf of the CEO - Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups with clear action tracking - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders with speed and accuracy ### Operations & Coordination - Plan and manage travel, logistics, and scheduling across regions - Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and priority lists - Ensure seamless daily handoffs between night and day shift EAs - Anticipate needs and surface risks or conflicts ahead of time ### Communication - Draft clear, concise, and professional communications on behalf of the CEO - Act as a gatekeeper while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships ## Required Skills and Experience - 10+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented - Comfortable with AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, JIRA, Confluence) - Experience in fast-paced global companies - High level of discretion, ownership, and flexibility across time zones - Comfortable working a night shift schedule aligned to US (PST) business hours ## Work Setup This is a fully remote, night shift role open to candidates based in Manila, Philippines or Bangalore, India, aligned to US (PST) business hours to support the CEO during US daytime operations. ## Why Join RZR? - **Direct partnership with the CEO** — this is a high-trust, high-visibility role.
