The Role of Executive Assistant to General Manager: We currently have an opportunity for an experienced, highly talented, proactive, and organized Executive Assistant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! Reporting directly to our General Manager, you will manage executive administrative and secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office. Your role will include managing appointments, transportation, correspondence, VIP guest bookings, arrivals and experiences, as well as supporting operational needs and handling a variety of confidential and sensitive matters requiring sound judgment and discretion. In addition to the traditional Executive Assistant responsibilities, you will participate in and coordinate special projects assigned by the General Manager. You will be expected to contribute through creative and strategic thinking, support project execution, and develop high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Strong presentation design skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas through compelling visual storytelling are essential for this role. You will also play a key role in promoting and driving the Moroccan cultural dimension of selected hotel projects and initiatives. You will support the General Manager and hotel leadership team in bringing Moroccan culture to life through guest experiences, events, partnerships, and special projects, helping to showcase the authenticity and richness of Morocco across the property. Our Ideal Executive Assistant Candidate Will Have: · A solid work ethic and exceptional organizational skills. · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and Opera. · Strong project coordination and execution abilities. · Excellent presentation development and communication skills. · Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a multicultural environment. · A high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. · Strong cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation. · The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. · A strong sense of quality, creativity, and innovation. · A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments.
