Executive Business Partner

Job description

### About Enterpret As the world moves to AI native applications, one element matters more than anything: the data. At Enterpret, we are unlocking the most impactful dataset for businesses, customer feedback. We centralize feedback across every source, like Twitter, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, Intercom, community forums, surveys, and Gong calls, into a single knowledge graph. On top of it we build an adaptive taxonomy for each customer and an agent platform that lets teams query, monitor, and act on customer intelligence wherever they work, whether that's inside Enterpret, in Slack, or in their own AI tools through our MCP server. Our customers include companies like Canva, Notion, WisprFlow, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter, Western Union, and several other Product Led Growth decacorns and F500 companies. ### What You'll Do - Partner directly with our CEO as the primary point of **leverage on his time** — own his calendar, inbox triage, travel, and meeting prep so his focus stays on the highest-priority and most urgent work. - Run the day-to-day of our New York office — manage vendors, supplies, facilities, and building relationships so the space is welcoming, well-stocked, and somewhere the team genuinely wants to be. - Plan and execute in-office events, team gatherings, and offsites that keep the **office vibe** strong and make NYC a great place to work from. - Own People Operations logistics end-to-end: **onboarding new hires, offboarding departures, provisioning and collecting devices**, and keeping our people systems accurate and running smoothly. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and the founding team on expense tracking, budgets, and the operational systems that keep the company moving. - Build and improve the administrative systems and processes that scale with us — anticipating needs and solving problems before they surface. - Handle sensitive information and communications with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment. ### What It Takes - **5+ years** in a blended executive assistant, office management, or operations role, ideally at a fast-paced startup or tech company. - **3+ years** supporting a founder or senior executive where you've owned their time end-to-end and been trusted with high-stakes, confidential work. - A track record of running office operations, vendor relationships, and events — you make order out of chaos and take pride in a well-run space. - Hands-on experience with People Ops fundamentals: **onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycle, and HRIS hygiene**. - Fluency across the modern operating stack — **Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and common expense, travel, and calendar tools** — and comfort adopting AI tools to move faster. - A track record of **mentoring, partnering, and collaborating** across teams, with the judgment to represent the CEO and the company professionally. - Comfort operating in ambiguity — you can context-switch quickly, reprioritize on the fly, and stay calm when plans change. ### Why Enterpret? - **High Impact:** Directly multiply the time and focus of Enterpret's CEO and keep our New York office running at its best — your work compounds across the entire company. - **Ownership:** End-to-end responsibility for the CEO's time, the office, and the operations you run. - **Complex Challenges:** Juggle competing priorities across executive support, office management, and people operations — no two days look the same. - **Growth:** Learn and grow with a high-caliber team, with room to expand into people operations, business operations, or chief-of-staff-style work over time. - **Culture:** Open, collaborative, and values-driven environment with autonomy. - **Benefits:** Competitive salary, equity, hybrid work setup, premium healthcare, and more. ### What We Value At Enterpret, we operate with a deep sense of ownership — we play for the team and do what it takes to win together. We care personally for our teammates while pushing each other with honest, actionable feedback. Above all, we approach everything with humility and a drive to keep learning and getting better. ### Equal Opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer. We ensure that none of our employees or prospective employees receives less favourable treatment as a result of age, sex, disability, marital status, colour, race, religion or ethnic origin. Equally we aim to ensure that no such employee is disadvantaged by terms and conditions of employment which cannot be justified.
